Payment method failed

Hi there, I’m really having trouble loading my card to my device. I have tried repeatedly and I keep getting the same message, my son is having the same problem with his phone.

I have also just received a reminder that my iCloud storage is due on the 20/02 but I Don have enough funds. I have Disney plus going off on the 26/02 and can’t afford for that to decline either. I have tried loading another card but that get rejected too.

please help
