Wondering if you are using the latest iOS version on your iPhone,

Maybe check with Qantas who issued the card to see if they support adding the card in the Wallet app:

Eg: On the website:

OK ... thank you for trying, and for letting us know.

Just looked at the Qantas site again, and found there's now a QR code to use.

Maybe something has just been updated by Qantas in order to add frequent flyer card to Wallet:

The instructions don’t work anymore, you get an error message saying safari can’t download the file

The answers to all of the above are yes and I followed the instructions in the above link, but still get the error. Even had a friend who works at a Genius Bar look at it and he can’t get it to work either.

Wondering if you "accepted" the necessary terms and conditions that make it necessary to use that Quantas info.
