Can you transfer cellular from Apple Watch to iPhone?
I have an Apple Watch with cellular and a phone without, is it possible to transfer cell from the Watch to the phone?

If I'm understanding your question correctly, No.
For the phone, you would need to purchase a data plan through your cellular provider. You'd need two plans, one for each.
Or change the existing plan from the watch to the phone. You need to talk to your service provider either way.
