Apple ID deleted how to sign into old macbook

I am locked out of old MacBook. Apple ID on system has been shut down permanently. How to restart with new Apple id

Refer to If you can't reset your Mac login password - Apple Support, and proceed with the instructions under "If you still can't reset your password, erase your Mac."
