Tobenone dual 4K monitor docking station

I purchased a 4K Dual monitor docking station for my 202 M1 MacBook Pro. The manufacture of the docking station is called Tobenone and everything works just fine in my primary Mac user account. The screens connect without problems. However, when I change over to my secondary user account on my Mac is where I begin to have problems. I've tried redownloading the drivers, restarting the device, and while the ethernet seems to work while it's plugged into the docking station, the monitors will not display my content and I've made sure the monitors were set to the right sourcing "Display and HDMI". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Thanks

To properly support up to TWO displays (with different pictures on each display) on one cable out of your Mac, the cable leaving your Mac must be a genuine Thunderbolt cable connecting to a genuine ThunderBolt device (Dock or Display).

That ThunderBolt cable should be rated for 40 G bits/sec and no longer than 0.8 meters in length.

Microsoft Windows has made different choices, and Apple is unapologetic about its requirements. The Apple standard for its built-in hardware-accelerated displays, makes them suitable for full-motion video for production/display of cinema-quality video with NO dropped frames, and NO dropouts or partial-blank scan lines due to memory under-runs or other issues.
