out of my 3 monitors only 2 work at the same time

I have 3 monitors and an macbook pro m1. When I connect 2 of those 3 monitors separately, it works ok no matter what monitor combination I use. When I connect all the 3 together, only 2 work. What could be the issue? I tried rebooting, unplugging etc.

Also I have a docking station. It doesn't help if I use the docking station for 2 of the monitors or not.

On latest macos.

What is the exact model and year of your M1 MacBook Pro? Only the M1 Max version supports three external displays.

MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021) - Technical Specifications

"Simultaneously supports full native resolution on the built-in display at 1 billion colors and:

Up to two external displays with up to 6K resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors (M1 Pro) or

Up to three external displays with up to 6K resolution and one external display with up to 4K resolution at 60Hz at over a billion colors (M1 Max)"
