Iphone X

I have an Iphone X version 16.11. A year ago I took it to a Registered Apple repair place as the screen was not working, the battery life was low and apps kept shutting down when I was using so constantly rebooting.

Got a new screen and battery for $300 approx so battery is ok but it still does not respond well and will jam so I have to turn the phone off and start again.

Is it getting too old and I need a new phone?

Kiwiland ~ Next time, have only the battery replaced and see if that alone fixes the screen issues. The battery needs replacing when the Maximum Capacity is around 80% – see here:

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
