Some iTunes purchased shows getting unexpected error message

Suddenly I've been getting unexpected error messages when I try to play certain shows I've purchased through my Apple TV . I've watched these series before and it's not happening with all shows

How to fix this: Apple TV iTunes TV Show app "An unexpected error occurred." on Apple TV 4K (4th Gen) Apple TV with v16.3.1, or v16.3.2. When I use the TV Show app to watch any Star Trek tv series, Babylon 5, and a few other programs, I get this error only on my Apple TV, iTunes TV Shows app. The error message: "An unexpected error occurred." I've tried all the basics to resolve but no change at all. Same shows but not all, same errors. I have not seen this problem with iTunes Movies app....yet. Seperately, I've noticed when you reset the appletv, it won't do a full reset (original v13.1.1?), it will only reset to the existing firmware! Regardless of which you choose... I've done this on v16.3.1 (and just today again with v16.3.2). Looks like a "bug". HELP!

Unexpected error using app TV Series I have the very latest version for Apple TV 4, just updated last night, and was hoping it solve this annoying issue. I used Ethernet connection, 1 gig fibre. A couple of weeks ago I could go to TV Series app, and was binging happily through House til last week the loading was spinning and showed something like an ‘unexpected error’ and goes back to collection of tv series. That error is hopeless, an error code would be better. There are a couple more that happens with but other tv series plays normally. The only way around this problem is to go to Store, Library, find House and play from there. Appreciate advice about this if you’ve encountered it yourself, thanks.

Error 3032 when downloading a movie in Apple TV on Windows So I rented dune part one through Apple TV and started downloading it through the windows Apple TV app until I got a 3032 error after restarting the download I got the same 3032 error, it it’s also worth noting that the download stopped both times at 60% and after resuming it did not progress at all
