Deregister iMessage

I'm from Iran and i lost my iPhone. i cannot Deregister iMessage because Iran is not listed in "Enter your phone number" lists. what should i do?

Thanks for your reply.

as you may know Iran is not listed in the list of the GET SUPPORT link which you have sent to me.

So it doesn't help.

Millions of Apple products are used by Iranian people. Recently, online sanctions have been lifted by US government, but we are still facing the problems of lack of support from Apple in Iran.
