I Keep getting texts from China that they now have it and can see all of my texts, emails, bank info, etc. I did select erase my phone through the Find My Phone app the day after and before it landed in China. I need help what to do! Thanks.

Do not correspond with the thieves. Do not give them any passwords, personal information, financial information.
They are trying to scam you. If you did not give them your login credentials they do not have access to any of your data.

Ignore the messages. These are scams that are trying to trick you into revealing info like your Apple ID and Password so the bad guys can get into your phone.
Accept the fact that the phone is gone.
