I am getting a message that my account is disabled in the App Store. How do I reactivate it.?

I need to make a purchase in the App Store, however, when I try it states my account has been disabled. How can we fix this?

If you are getting the error message, that your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, contact Apple Support for help. Only they can solve that issue form their side by looking into your personal settings.
