How can I check to see if there is malware on my iPhone?

I got a spam text and thought it was something else and clink on site as soon as I seen it was it was spam I quickly deleted the tab and erased it for my browser and then deleted and reported it as spam. Then later that next day my safari search engine tab is not an option to search from. I went to my setting it and says that safari is set as my search engine but there is no icon. When I search for the safari on my phone it comes up but then says it is uninstalled. What can I do to fix this. How can I see if there was malware on my phone? When I posted this question it is saying the time is 5:47 am but the time is 8:48am
