How do I remove the LGBT pride stuff from all of my calendar’s iPhone, Mac, iPad, etc.? It seems although I keep removing holidays it keeps popping up. It is not a holiday and I can’t seem to figure out how to make it go away.

If you are using a holiday calendar that someone else created (Apple or otherwise), you can't remove holidays.
You can, however, create your own holiday calendar:

Or you can subscribe to a different calendar that better suits your needs. One site I know of:
