Your phone has not been hacked.

Chances are you got an email or text message telling you that you’ve been hacked and someone has video of you doing something “naughty” that they took of you using the camera on your phone.

It’s a scam. Ignore it.

Unless you installed apps that you got from a website that required installing a profile (instead of from the app store), or you gave the phone to a stranger for an hour or so, and also gave them the phone’s passcode and your Apple ID password your phone has not been hacked. iPhones cannot be hacked remotely; if your phone is hacked it is essentially because you did something very unwise.

Only means to install any type of software on a no jail broken is App Store, a person can’t install stuff or hack your iOS device

Your phone has not been hacked unless you gave it to someone for an hour or two and provided them with your Apple ID and Password.

Then put your phone in lockdown mode and go immediately to the police.
