All audio playing at a lower pitch than it should.

My iPhone 12 randomly started playing all audio at a lower pitch than it should. Even if I use a Bluetooth device, the output is at a lower pitch than it should be. I’ve tried restarting ((turning my phone off and then back on, not a reset)), EQ settings have not been swapped, all background apps are closed, and updating to the latest iOS version did not resolve my issue. My phone was not damaged or submerged in water, what’s going on here?
