lsregister can run in the background?

I just updated my M2 Macbook Air to Ventura 13.2.1 and when it rebooted I got this message. What does this mean? I have never heard of "lsregister" and googled, but that didn't really tell me what this message means. TIA!

Is there anything else I need to do or know about this utility?

Just that it is very unusual to run that app in that fashion. There is a lot of junk software on the internet. Apple can't come out and call any of it "junk", so they add this new behaviour in Ventura. The expectation is that users will disable this software, thereby causing it to stop working. Users will be frustrated and stop using it. Developer stops making money and abandons the app, and hopefully stops making Mac software. The end result will be pretty good for everything, but it is going to be a painful 5 or 6 years until then.
