Problem with mail

I can't clear my mail.I deleted all the emails.I even deleted my mail, nothing helps.It takes me 9 gigabytes

Troubleshooting iPhone Mail:

A. New App Password:

Note that you would need a new App Password, being that Mail is a third party app. You cannot log in using your eMail address password. As an example, go here for gmail: Sign in Using App Passwords - Gmail Help - Google Support


B. Use WiFi:

I see you are using cellular. What happens when you use WiFi? Any difference?
