Troubleshooting eMail:
Use New Login Sessions:
A. Troubleshooting iCloud eMail:
Log out of iCloud on your iPhone, and then log back in. Perhaps it all needs to re-sync?
B. Troubleshooting Third Party eMail:
Use a New App Password:
Try a new App Password. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix). This is the site for Hotmail/Outlook: Manage App Passwords for Two-Step Verification - Apple Support
