I have shared internet and VPN issues

Hi, I want to use my Iphone as shared internet and use that as "wi-fi" on my laptop. Then I want to make a VPN connection from the laptop, but I get an error every time. I tried my colleagues Android phone and it worked just fine.

Does anybody know the solution to this issue?
