I have the 3rd gen apple TV. I made all possible resets ; not working. I see just this screen. Can i do something else as send back ?
Normally use the clickpad on the Siri Remote, to highlight a region and then confirm.
If the Siri Remote wasn’t paired automatically, then (re)connect the Siri Remote, using the button combination as described in: Reconnect the Siri Remote to Apple TV - Apple Support
At this time, I would suggest to contact an expert from the Apple Support staff for further assistance. Contact Apple for support and service (phone numbers) or start your support request online (chat/email/callback).
Disconnect the HDMI cable from the Apple TV to the HDTV. Wait ten seconds then re connect it.
Then follow the instructions for setting up the Apple TV > Set up your Apple TV (4th generation)
not working ; i cant click nothing. The first screen is frozen. I also made a factory reset of the box.
