Charging bugged after 80%

Hello everyone,

Recently, my iPhone 14 Pro got a charging bug when it ups past 80%, the battery will swap between green (charging) to grey (not charging) a few times until 100%. Will it destroy the battery life as I get the charging notification every time as it just got plugged in. Is it a software bug or just my charging port having an issue that needs service? Has anyone encountered the same issue, if so how did you fix it? The phone is kinda new, got it in pre-order back in September and Battery Health still at 100%. Thanks!

See the section "If your device stopped charging at 80 percent" in this support article:--> If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge.

If you get no help, since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Online:--> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple;
Contacting a local Apple Store or AASP among the list provided above;
Using the "Apple Store" app, available and downloadable from AppStore.
