Hi JasonGabe,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! Since it should be able to receive calls on your Apple Watch, we have a few steps to try. Please test after each steps and start each pair with the companion iPhone:

  1. Restart your devices:

Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support

2. Update your devices:

Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Update your Apple Watch - Apple Support

3. Unpair your Apple Watch and set it up again:

Unpair and erase your Apple Watch - Apple Support

Set up your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If you’re still not able to receive calls, repeat step 3. However, set up your Apple Watch as a new watch without using the backup that was created when you unpaired.

Please let us know the results when you're able.

Have a great day.

Hi JasonGabe,

Thanks for attempting those steps. There are a few more steps we recommend for you to try that can help. Here are the steps:

  1. Please make sure that Low Power Mode is turned off. Here's how: Use Low Power Mode on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

2. Open Control Center on your Apple Watch and see if the cellular icon appears. If you see the Wi-Fi icon turned on instead, please tap on the Wi-Fi icon to disable it and see if that helps. Here's more information: Use your Apple Watch without your iPhone nearby - Apple Support

3. Then, in Control Center please tap on the cellular icon and verify that both Cellular and Cellular Data is turned on.

Here's a an illustration on how to determine that the cellular data and service is activated on an Apple Watch:

"Open or close Control Center

  • Open Control Center: From the watch face, swipe up. From other screens, touch and hold the bottom of the screen, then swipe up.
  • Note: You can’t open Control Center from the Home Screen on your Apple Watch. Instead, press the Digital Crown to go to the watch face or open an app, then open Control Center.
  • Close Control Center: Swipe down from the top of the screen, or press the Digital Crown.
  • Two images: Apple Watch without cellular on the left, showing Control Center. The Wi-Fi button is at the top left, Ping iPhone button at the top right, Battery Percentage button at the center left, Silent Mode button at the center right, Theater mode at the bottom left, and Walkie-Talkie button at the bottom right. The right image shows Apple Watch with cellular. Its Control Center shows the Cellular button at the top left, Wi-Fi button at the top right, Ping iPhone button at the center left, Battery Percentage button at the center right, Silent Mode button at the bottom left, and Theater mode button at the bottom right."

This information is outlined here for you to reference and can help: Use Control Center on Apple Watch - Apple Support

We look forward to hearing back from you with an update.

Kind regards.
