I live in Portugal and I have an iPad mini 6. Recently, I bought and airtag for my backpack. When I try to use the precision finding on my iPad mini 6, it doesn´t work. The only information it gives, is the correct precision on the city map, showing my home address but the uwb (precision finding) doesn´t work inside my apartment to show the precise spot where the backpack is.

If you have a supported iPhone model with Ultra Wideband and your AirTag is nearby,1 you can tap Find Nearby to help find it, even if it's stuck between couch cushions or hiding under a stack of mail."
Precision finding requires a supported iPhone model and would not be compatible with iPad mini.
