I've read the answers to date about calls going straight to voicemail and they have not helped so far. Do not Disturb is not on, Silence Unknown Callers is off, some calls will come through and my husbands and sons will not. It took the phone down to ATT and they had me reset the Network settings. Didn't help. I'm not sure what else to check and my husband cannot get through to me.
If other callers do come through as you said then it must be contact related.
In Contacts for them edit the contact and see if they're set up with their own ringtone that may be invalid, or default which should be fine.
In Settings, Phone check they are not in Blocked Contacts.
