Everytime I schedule an already downloaded iOS update, the device fails to install it overnight. I always wake up with these messages:
”XX.XX.XX not Installed
The update will be tried again lately”
”It wasn’t possible to install the update
There was an error while installing XX.XX.XX”
And in the other day, it tries and fails again.
Why does it never works and how can I fix this issue?

As we understand it, you're downloading iOS updates and selecting to install them later, but they do not seem to install as expected, correct?
For automatically downloaded updates, or updates that are set to update later/overnight, you'll need to have your iPhone connected uninterrupted to both power and Wi-Fi. Have you made sure you've met both of those requirements when waiting for an update overnight? Update iOS on iPhone - Apple Support
Knowing that will help rule out some of the basics. We'd also like to check, have you been able to successfully manually update your device after the overnight updates fail? If so, that could point to one of the criteria mentioned above (power and Wi-Fi connectivity) as a possible cause.

Got it. We understand wanting to have the completed overnight so let's try to remove the download and reinstall it again to see if that help. As discussed within If your iPhone or iPad won't update. This can help rule out an issue with the download you already have:
Remove and download the update again
If you still can't install the latest version of iOS or iPadOS, try downloading the update again:
1. Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
2. Find the update in the list of apps.
3. Tap the update, then tap Delete Update.
4. Go to Settings > General > Software Update and download the latest update.
If you don't see the update in the list of apps or if the issue happens again, you need to update your device with your computer:
* Update your device using a Mac with macOS Catalina or later
* Update your device using a Mac with macOS Mojave or earlier, or a Windows PC
Learn how to use recovery mode if your computer doesn't recognize your device or your screen is stuck on the Apple logo for several minutes without a progress bar.
If you continue to have issues, it may be best to contact Apple Support to make sure there isn't something else happening here.

The mentioned criteria for it to work is met: I always charge my iPhone overnight and it stays connected to my home Wi-Fi. In the past it failed and I was only able to install it manually, but installing it under the time of active use is inconvenient because it takes a lot of time.
Basically it schedules between 4 to 5 AM, and always fails, just showing me the message the next day. It was the same story for iOS 15 and iOS 14 on other devices I had, they never worked. Maybe it demands to be unlocked, which never will since I’m sleeping, or the screen to be active, but if Wi-Fi and battery are the only criteria, we have a bug.
