Hello, I have iPhone 12 mini and after update 16.2 it started freezing every few minutes. I changed my old battery and all diagnostics said that it is not HW problem. In service they asked me to set up new icloud account but i dont want to lose my data I tried to update it (iOS 16.3) but everytime it is paused because of freezing. Please do you have any advice ? Thanks a lot.
