Why can’t I play Apple Music? I no longer pay my Apple Music subscription because I subscribed to apple one. The only music I can play is music I have purchased.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Hey there Lr1112,

We'd like to help get Apple Music working right, especially since you're subscribed to Apple One. Let's start with ruling out some possible causes, along with confirming more details to better understand what's happening:

  1. While we understand that you have no issues playing purchased music, what exactly shows when you do try playing music from the Apple Music catalog? The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the issue.
  2. If you have other devices signed into the same Apple ID for use with Apple One, does the same issue occur on those devices?
  3. Sometimes unexpected behavior can be resolved with a restart: Restart your iPhone
  4. We see you have iOS 16 installed, but the latest version is iOS 16.3.1. You can verify this within Settings > General > About. In case you needed it, this link shows how to first back up, then Update your iPhone or iPad.

Cheers!
