WiFi behavior is different in iOS 16.2 compare to iOS 16.3

Hello everyone. In iOS 16.2 if I’m pressing blue (when iPhone is connected to my wifi router) WiFi icon in control center then wifi is going off completely, I have checked in settings and wifi switch is off. In iOS 16.3 if I press the blue wifi icon in control center then wifi symbol just turns white color however in settings wifi switch is ON. I know when wifi symbol is white color it means wifi is disconnected temporarily. I just don’t understand the behavior of wifi in iOS 16.2. Can someone help me please to understand described behavior of iOS 16.2?
