Hello, I’ve noticed on my bank account that apple have taken 24 payments of £3.99 for iTunes, I’ve never had iTunes and it doesn’t show in my subscriptions. I can’t cancel with the bank as it says I need to contact Apple but ITunes doesn’t show on my active subscriptions. Any advice would be gratefully received. Thank you.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?
Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.
Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.
