Hi ALBARKA007,

Make sure you are using these steps to disable VoiceOver:

  1. "Press Command-F5. If VoiceOver is on, pressing the keys turns it off.
  2. Use Siri. Say something like: “Turn VoiceOver on” or “Turn VoiceOver off”. Learn how to use Siri.
  3. If your Mac or Magic Keyboard has Touch ID, press and hold the Command key while you quickly press Touch ID three times.
  4. Choose Apple menu  > System Settings, then click Accessibility  in the sidebar (you may need to scroll down). Click VoiceOver on the right, then turn VoiceOver on or off."

You can find these steps along with other information that may be helpful, here: Turn VoiceOver on or off on Mac – Apple Support

If so, make sure you don't have your Mac set to speak the text on your screen as mentioned here: Have your Mac speak text that’s on the screen – Apple Support

We also recommend restarting your Mac to masker sure you have cleared out any minor software issues.

Shut down or restart your Mac – Apple Support
