cancel subscription

hello, I’m trying to cancel a subscription that was purchased through Apple store with my Apple ID. I tried to cancel through the app it tells me to go through the Apple store. I follow all directions, and there is not a cancel subscription button. I have reached out to multiple sources about this and I would really appreciate some help. Thank you.

If you've already cancelled automatic renewal, wait for it to expire. Otherwise, or if you can't, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
