I'm having touch bar issues on both my MacBook Pros since I updated to OS 13. When I touch the emoji button, I get a (blank) black bar about 50% of the time. The only thing that restores normal function is quitting the app I am in and restarting it. Having to quit apps almost every other time I try to use an emoji is incredibly annoying, as I'm sure you can imagine.
Is anyone else having this problem?

If I did have the same issue as you— I would try A SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
