Hello there,recently I checked my Google account centre and found that besides my own ipad,an unnamed iPad was connected to my Google account by safari WebView,while I totally have no memory of that.It would be appreciated if anyone can tell me what caused that.

Apple Support Communities may not be the worst choice to find Google product support, but it's close.
You can see for yourself Google is reporting account activity on all sorts of devices including a Windows PC. It's not a platform-specific concern.
It is speculation on my part but it appears to me someone you don't know is using your Google account credentials, probably without your knowledge or consent. The generic solution would be to enable whatever account security features Google may have to offer.
