Accessing websites from abroad still say that I am in the US

I am based in the US but spend a lot of time abroad. Ever since I got my iPhone 14 whenever I try to access a website on my phones mobile plan it says I am in the US even when I am abroad. This is an issue because I have websites I need to access that are not available in the US. This also happens when I connect my computer to the hotspot with my phone (websites say I cannot access them because I am in the US).

If I am connected to wifi on my phone I have no issue accessing these websites.

When I use maps or location on my phone it comes up with the correct location (placing me abroad and not in the US) but whenever I try to access websites it locates me in the US.

Is this a common problem and does anyone know of any fixes. I have tried about everything I could find online and think of.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 16
