New iPhone 13 256 GB heated up while charging, should I ask for replacement ?

I bought a new iPhone 13 256 GB this January 24 but it gets heated up while charging, Is I need to visit the Apple Service center and ask for a replacement phone?

Some warmth is to be anticipated while charging because a chemical reaction is taking place. Read this article about keeping your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch within acceptable operating temperatures - If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold - Apple Support

Doing anything involving energy on any electrical device will produce heat. Some activities generate more than others. What matters is if the device is designed to tolerate that heat. Use the article to try to determine if it is within expected parameters and what to do if it is starting to get outside that range.
