Not receiving OTP’s on IPhone 14pro
I’ve recently change handset from 8 to 14pro and provider from Plusnet to Sky. I chose to keep my number and had it transferred over with my PAC code.
this has caused many problems with SMS and OTP’s. I cannot set up my wallet and or my mobile banking app as I can’t complete security without the OTP code.
my bank has checked and the messages are being sent to the correct number, I have cleared my old phone and checked all the info is correct on my new handset.
my new provider SKY has given me troubleshooting advice but it has not worked.
very frustrating and surprisingly bad for as this is not a common changeover
