I have bought this iPhone from United Arab Emirates and came to my home country India can’t able to use my FaceTimes aap here in India !
while searching for FaceTime aap it’s always blocked the open options !

FaceTime is not available due to government regulations in the United Arab Emirates. As such any phone purchased from there will not have FaceTime, and it cannot be enabled.

Change the country to India in the Settings. The restriction Phil0124 refers to was removed internationally in 13.6.
