If you've entered your passcode, how often are you prompted to enter it again? If you're unable to enter your passcode, what happens when you try? Do you receive an error message? If so, what does it say exactly? This can help provide valuable insight into our next steps.

Make sure you are updated to iOS 16.3.1, the most recent update.

Enter the passcode again, and verify it works.

If it pops up again and requires it each week, contact Apple Support to check into your account with you.

If this is part of your device Settings, like the picture shows, and you use two-factor authentication, then no, it is not very likely you are at risk.
