Can click edit but when click ‘done’ nothing happen. It’s just show only one tab even we tick all.

We understand you aren't able to add any other options within your Apple Music Library tab. It appears to be an issue on two devices you use. First, we'd recommend deleting the Apple Music app on your iPad, then reinstalling it. That will often resolve an in-app issue like you've described.
Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
Then, check for any OS updates on your devices. Go to Settings > General > Software Update. If the issue persists, reply back here.
