Tuxera ntfs for mac kernel extension needs approval

I asked this question ages ago. I somehow managed to get it working. Once again I can't seem to access w Windoze ntfs disk


Tuxera ntfs for mac kernel extension needs approval

My Tuxera ntfs extension stopped working.



Is says Tuxera ntfs for mac kernel extension needs approval.


To use Tuxera NTFS for Mac, you need to manually approve its kernel extension in System Preferences→Security & Privacy.


For the life of me, I cannot seem to be able to do so.


I do not see this option:

I have done that. I've also attempted to reboot in recovery mode, and typed into terminal:


chflags restricted '/Volumes/xxx HD/private/var/db/KernelExtensionManagement'


as recommended by https://macsupport.tuxera.com/hc/en-gb/articles/5531331866130-I-can-t-complete-installation-on-macOS-Mojave-because-I-cannot-approve-the-kernel-extension-


I despair...
