To help us better assist you, can you let us know more about the issue you're experiencing? For example, is the right AirPod not responding when pressing the Touch control?
If so, please check out the information on the following page to ensure the correct process is being used to use Touch control with your AirPods Pro: Pause, skip, and adjust volume with your AirPods and AirPods Pro
Control audio with your AirPods Pro (2nd generation)
To play and pause audio, press the Touch control on the stem of an AirPod. To resume playback, press again.
To skip forward, double-press the Touch control.
To skip back, triple-press the Touch control.
To turn the volume up or down, place your thumb on the stem of either AirPod, and use your index finger to swipe up or down on the Touch control.
