Most apps require iOS 13.4 or higher these days. Your 5S can't be updated beyond 12.5.7.

Time to get a new phone fi you want to run most new apps.

There are very few apps that are compatible with the 9 1/2 year old iPhone 5S. What happens when you try to download a compatible app?
