I received a text with an attachment, via iCloud. However, I can not open or download. Can one of you help me? It looks like the picture below.
Your battery is very low on power and is already on low power mode. Ensure that your battery is charged more than 30% and that your iPhone is not in Low Power Mode. Then try those photos again.
