Hi I have just upgraded my phone to a 14 but my new phone comes up with me to log into my Apple ID account with an old e-mail address…can you take this off an replace with my current e-mail address please. I have no idea why this is happening. Many thanks

You need to your Apple ID details, -> Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com

Looks like you have make a 'new' Apple ID.
FYI:
Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.
You can’t merge multiple Apple ID accounts.
