Why not coming fire heart emoji in ios

That's a sequence of two other emojis with a joiner and available in 14.5 and newer. If you're on an earlier version, you'll need to update.

It’s probably available in some language keyboards, but for cases such as this, adding the ZWJ’d emojis as text replacements is likely faster.
