Removing account recovery contact

On my iPhone 12pro device, I am showing no account recovery contacts. Yet when I log into appleid.apple.com I am showing that I have three. I’ve tried to click the link to remove these contacts but it reverts me back to my phone where there are none.

how can I remove these and further secure my account.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16
