Logged out my Apple ID on my i phone 13 and realized out of 1900 photos there Are 300 photos are left!! I have 1900 photos n 544 videos and now only 300 photos left.
I also realized my phone memory under photos still d same as before.
I also just upgraded d latest IOS few days ago.
Help! All photos are in i cloud but not appearing in my phone

Sound like what happened was when you signed out of your apple id, your photos that are synced to icloud were removed from your device. I would log back into the apple id then turn icloud photos back on Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support. From there you can download the photos to your phone but keep in mind they take up storage so make sure you have enough.
