Time sensitive error in messages??

When I try to send a message it immediately says “time sensitive message failed to send”???

iPhone SE, iOS 16

Allow Time Sensitive notifications

  • Go to Settings > Focus.
  • Select the Focus, then tap Apps under Allowed Notifications.
  • Turn on Time Sensitive Notifications.
