I bought an iPhoneX from sprint a few years ago and it was supposed to be 256GB and is reflected as that on my Sprint/T-Mobile account, but when I just went to settings>general>about>capacity it only reflects 64GB capacity
What am I missing and if that’s the actual capacity versus 256GB, what can be done to fix this?

Well if you have the bill/receipt and it has some sort of IMEI or Serial Number written on it alongside the 256GB and that same Serial Number or IMEI match what’s in your phones settings you should escalate that up the Sprint/T-Mobile ladder stating you were given a different item then expected

Thank you! The one I # is the same. I only caught it this long after purchase because my phone ran out of space about 6 months ago so I am just now looking to upgrade and saw my account reflects 256!
