I am using Mac mail app in my MacBook AIR M1. Account is POP mail. Problem is when I send a mil to my friends he getting/ received all mail as 3 or 4 attachment. problem is only windows user or receiver.
so my request is how can I set my mail for windows user.
I need your advise.

Once the file attachments have been put into the body of the e-mail
Control Click each file separately
A Sub Menu will appear.
Chose View as icon
Basically, the Sender ( you ) have no control over how the Recipient's' E-Mail Client ( Application ) will render your e-mail and file attachments.
Some e-mail Clients ( Applications ) will show file attachments as Embedded in the Body of the message and others will show as File attachments
For additional assistance - in the Mail Application >> Help.
Type " File "
The User ( you ) has Zero Control over how a file attachment is render on the Recipients E-mail Client.
The Recipients e-mail Client ( Application ) has 100 % control over how file attachments are Rendered.
Some are as an icon, some as file attachments ( paper clip ) and others as Embedded in body of e-mail.
